Sometimes I like to draw Danny Phantom fanart
Used to be all the time but then I got... responsibilities...
Maybe I'll be able to work my way out of that...
Stayed up late last night messing around in my sketchbook until I got this, got out the clipboard and drew it again while watching Comic Remix hoping to see Steve... Took me a few minutes to scan it (old scanner) and around 2 or so hours to color it, another hour to get it up on DA because sometimes DA can be difficult.

My best friend (who also has the unlucky responsibility of being my mentor) tells me that truly lucky people recognize what they have while they have it and appreciate it. When I asked how one knew if they were doing it right, she gave me the example of someone not giving up things like ficwriting or fanart even though they were no longer chronologically children. I felt buoyed by such an affirmation.
Responsibilities will come and go, I figure; they will always be around in some form of another. But something like what you've posted here--so shines magic like an ectoball on a dark background. :)
Agree with Firestar9mm. I feel like I'm a bit old for this kind of things though I'm still in my 20s. Then again, I love drawing cartoons and it's something I am good at.
I love your fanart.
